The subject is how the current economic situation is influencing the occupational strategies of key retailers and what the knock on effects will be for property owners and their bankers.

Jonny Hewlett - Managing Director of Diesel UK; and
Nick Deeks - Director of International Real Estate at Costco Wholesale
This promises to be a very interesting discussion on the current requirements of the UK retail sector and how these are likely to change going forward.
The annual dinner is also fast approaching and I am now putting the finishing touches to my speech. Apart from the new venue we have a few other surprises in store. I spoke with Armando Iannucci (our main speaker) last Friday and he is looking forward to the event. He will try not to make too many jokes about bankers...
